M2n12 is an effective and highly selective inhibitor of cyclin phosphatase 25C (cdc25c), with an IC50 value of 0.09 μ M。 M2n12 also has the activity of inhibiting CDC25A and CDC25B, with IC50 values of 0.53 respectively μ M and 1.39 μ M。 M2n12 has antitumor activity and can be used in cancer research.
